While you may have less time to focus on yourself after having a baby, take time out of your busy day just for yourself. If you work after you’ve had your baby take your lunch break to relax and regroup. You can go to a coffee shop and read a book or take a walk in the park to relax. If you are a stay at home mom this can be harder to accomplish but if your baby takes a nap at a certain time each day, plan your getaway at that time. This doesn’t mean you are to leave your baby alone but you can still take a nice long bath to soak away your problems or take the time to read a magazine or book.
